The Lighthouse Classic
Terms/Refund Policy
By registering for The Lighthouse Classic, you acknowledge that you will make every effort to arrive on the day of the tournament and compete. You also acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility for any costs you incur while traveling to or lodging in the area so you can compete in the tournament — the tournament director or course will bear no responsibility for reimbursing competitors for the cost of any portion of your travel or lodging arrangements.
For those who already registered, it is the competitor's responsibility to notify the tournament director via email prior to the registration deadline if a cancellation and refund of the registration fee must be made. Once the registration deadline has passed — midnight on Thursday, May 15 — any player attempting to remove him or herself from the tournament must text/call the tournament director to execute a registration fee refund. Competitors who fail to show at the tournament without notifying the tournament director prior to the start of the tournament will forfeit their registration fee and no refund will be made for any reason.
Tournament director David Biggy can be reached by email at dpbiggy@gmail.com or by text/call to 609-741-0021.
Furthermore, it is not necessary to arrive during designated practice times if you're planning to compete — all players can show up for the pre-tournament player's meeting and then compete, whether it's within the professional or amateur division. However, any player arriving to the course on Friday, May 16, for practice must pay the designated practice fee and may ONLY play on the course designated for the tournament and no others. Practice time on the morning of the tournament is set to begin at 9:30 a.m. — any player attempting to practice before that time will be disqualified from competition and his or her registration fee WILL NOT be refunded, no exceptions.
